At StreamX Services, we deal exclusively in digital products and subscription-based online services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final.

No Refund & No Return

Once an order is successfully placed and the product/service is delivered or activated:

We do NOT accept any refund requests
We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
No amount will be reversed once service details are shared

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • OTT subscriptions

  • Premium accounts

  • Software access

  • Digital tools

  • Activation-based services

  • Email-delivered credentials

Why No Refunds?

Since the services are:
✔ Digital in nature
✔ Delivered instantly or within a short time
✔ Cannot be physically returned
✔ Prone to misuse after access is granted

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or replacements once the delivery or activation process has started.

Exceptions (If Any Support is Required)

Although refunds/returns are not applicable, we will assist you if:

✅ The service was not delivered at all
✅ You received wrong login details or activation information
✅ There is a technical error from our side

In such cases, our team will re-verify and provide correct support or replacement, if applicable.

User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct contact details at checkout

  • Responding to our team for activation

  • Securing account details after delivery

  • Following usage guidelines shared by our support team

We are not responsible if the service stops working due to violation of third-party policies or misuse by the user.
